Driveclub on PS4 probably wont be 60fps

But Forza is a last gen game, even PS3 and 360 can do 60fps when the requirements aren't demanding.  How is this news?

Drive club is a full on next gen game, Forza is a last gen game with a gpu boost.  I'd much rather have the next gen game.
