It's all a matter of opinion. Personally I prefer my DS (Lite), since it's more compact (with the screen folded down)*, has more games that interest me, is backwards compatible with GBA games, the battery life is a lot better than my PSP, and I find the touchscreen to be generally more "solid" control than the bloody nub.

PSP slim is a pretty good deal but I feel ripped off since I own the older model. Damn you Sony! :evil:

DS has Advance Wars Dual Strike as well as the next Advance Wars coming out soon.

So DS is the better handheld.
