Yes, when people said that it didn't have rumble. Just like Sony said "Rumble is last-gen".
I'm glad Sony is finally starting to man up. Now all they need to do is retract their statements and admit they were wrong and were heavily taking advantage of their consumers, only to get smacked in the face.
LOL i wonder how many cows are going to stick to their word and turn rumble off whenever possible? rumble is not "last gen" and never was. some of the best games ever used rumble brilliantly. like MGS for examble. and Mario Party to a lesser extent. but now i feel burned because i have 2 suxasses, i mean SiXaXiS controllers that will never get rumble:(. but that reminds me of one cow who thought sony would add rumble through a firmware upadate*:D
I still dont particularly care for rumble as it is at the moment, I'd much rather that it came more flexible (i.e. with localisation and maybe with an ability to jolt). If not i'll get it anyway, because games require it sometimes. But, seeing as 1up seem to know its going to be announced at TGS, i hope they take it a step further and make more than just an on/off feature...

I'm glad rumble is coming back to the PS3, everyone knows it's a great feature to have - anyone who convinced themselves otherwise was just eating up Sony BS. Now we can get back to having the best pad with the best system.
LOL, the controller is still dated, boring, and uninnovative compared with the wii remote. Sony fails. I guess it's better than the boomerang though...
All right. Good stuff. I like rumble, and I'm glad it's being put back in. I'm also glad because I don't have a PS3 yet, so by the time I get one, it'll already be in there.

i hate the wii mote makes gaming weird for me and love the sony controller way better
