Dust 514 "Playstation Exclusive" might come to PC.

While many EVE Online players aren't thrilled with DUST 514's PlayStation 3 exclusivity, there may be hope for a PC release yet. And while the devs weren't ready to make any official statements on the spot, a bit of wink-nudging indicates that a PC release may still be in the cards. As the devs note, mouse and keyboard controls are already supported in the PS3 version of the title. "I wonder why we did that," Hilmar joked during the interview.

I was under the impression that this was meant to come to PC from the very beginning.

I kinda figured it would after it went free to play.

Dust being a console exclusive, (or a console game at all), never really made sense to me....

They would be smart to do so. Most console players know nothing about Eve Online

I've always thought it was odd being a console exclusive anyways.

I mean it's EVE; a very complex game, and therefore means that the more-dedicated PC players play it. It just seems like an odd choice to put it on consoles to begin with because that's not where any hardcore PC fanbase is.

I though that that was the original plan. It would be a PS3 and PC game... Oh well. I do hope it comes to PC as the F2P market is already huge.

This is like one of the worst exclusives on the PS3 this year so no harm done..

They probably did that to get PC gamers ( EVE players ) to buy it on their PS3. They know most PC gamers wont be able to take 5 minuites with a s***y controller in a FPS.
