You know that dx11 is only a lib and those features (specialy telssation) are GPU features not dx? OpenGL will have this sooner or later.
sounds like what was said about dx10 over dx9......i have no hype for this until i see true results...and im talking all games using this not just a hand full like dx10if u watch the video u will c how this isnt like dx10 and how much its improved

Lol dx11 is as relevant as dx10.1 was :P
Ho and marketing trick to make you buy a new operating system.
just like dx10 was huhstereointegrityDX10 could have been big if devs had used it. But nobody(Not one single developer has truly used DX10 in its entirety) did because the marketshare justification for it simply didn't exist. Now, with DX11, it is a simply process of adding a couple of features for DX11 only cards to achieve true DX11, meanwhile any DX10 cards can pull off the rest of DX11. There is a much broader base and a much better reason to use it. Nice try though.
Tessellation within DX11 is actually not compatible with Tessellation Hardware currently in ATi cards. Also, DX11 goes far beyond just Tessellation, that is just the most immediately obvious improvement. Compute Shaders for example are a HUGE step forward. You know that dx11 is only a lib and those features (specialy telssation) are GPU features not dx? OpenGL will have this sooner or later.

DX11 is the same like DX10 thats why they compared it with DX9, it only takes less performance than DX10
DX11 is NOT the same as DX10. It is a superset of DX10, adding additional features and generally improving the rendering pipeline. Compute Shaders and Tessellation alone are DX11 features that can make a massive difference in games, let alone all of the other improvements made.DX11 is the same like DX10 thats why they compared it with DX9, it only takes less performance than DX10
