Cough cough. It's not just about gaming at 1080P with all those fancy DX 11 effects. It's more than that. It's about 64 players, larger maps than the console version, and not to mention MOD support.

First of all BF3 will not outsell COD, in fact I dont even think BF3 will outscore COD not with those activision $ paying gamespot and other reviewers. But it will still be the superior game.

Also BC2 sold more on PC than either console but probably not more than both of them combined, otherwise why would DICE bother to put so much time and money into the PC version. Also this was shortly after it came out, im sure it sold even way more in the longrun than consoles thanks to steam and other dd sales and console game sales degrading due to used copies.

Once the game is released on steam the preorders will explode.

As soon as BF3 is up on steam for preorder too Ill go ahead and preorder aswell :3

It is hard to judge on how BF3 will be like, I hope that it will be amore akin to BF2 then BF:BC2, altho it sound like a kind of melting of the two.

Will it beat MW3? likely not, altho I will reserve that predictions till thier ad campaigns comes out, Will it be the better game? most likely, they do not have to do alot to make that happen (easy for me to say ofcourse, Im no dev, but the componants in a CoD, are fairly basic below the skin).
