the only people who you should blame for this stuff is the people who buy it, i dont agree with it, in fact i hate activision for the whole map pack thing, but there is an option that a lot of people apparently dont know about its this fabled thing thats became a secret of gaming, for those of you who wish the stuff that activision does and ea does like this wouldnt happen this option is for you, its called "dont buy it"
I hate double standards, if this were MS, people would be saying "value is subjective, they're a business, they need to make money" But if it's EA or Activision it's evil... In my opinion it's evil everytime, I just don't like seeing people with double standards.

It is stealing when content is on the disk already because when you purchase a game you are buying a copy of the content on the disk or technically a license to ALL the content on the disk. No where do you sign a limitation to the content and no where on the box does it state that part of the content on the disk is off limits. How would you like to buy a BMW for $50,000 with a 6 speed transmission only to find out after you ALREADY made the irreversible purchase that gears 4, 5, and 6 are locked out unless you pay another $15,000 to unlock it???
