The latest 1up Yours podcast also spoke about this (John Davidson - a UK driving game fan checked it out). The control is terrible with all driving assists off, yet the game is too easy with them on. They agree with Edge in that the game plays like the terrible EA series.

yes thats true, but i highly doubt that a game that got a 4 out of 10 will get a good score here on gamespot. Lets be logical here, F1 wont get higher than a 6.0 on gamespot
