I disagree with your statement about Eminem. He may not speak to his fans like he did years ago, (the middle class, bleach blonde, white teens) but he is a much better rapper and lyricist now than he ever was.

As for Nintendo. When their games stop being fun I will move on. But right now Nintendo exclusives are still better than Sony and Microsoft exclusives.

2) Nintendo exclusives being stale and thats one of the main reason why Wii U is not selling despite most of them being out already. Period. So , fun is subjective when this "fun" is the very same experience over 10 years now with different graphics and some additions here and there. Hell , die hard sheeps prefering older Mario Kart / Smash to play with and that says alot how stale Nintendo is.

If it wasnt for Zelda and main Mario series ... oh boy. It would have been the end for nintendo by now. It those 2 franchises that making Nintendo exclusives feel unique and somehow "refreshing" if you get what i mean.

Sony has the most quantity , quality and variety to choose from , let alone many new AAA caliber IPs to choose from every single generation which that being a winner by default vs any other system out there.

At least the WiiU has games, unlike the flopstation 4.

1 - It's very tough trying to debate this with "old Eminem" fans because they refuse to look at old vs new Em. He got much better flow/cadence wise once he stopped producing his own beats. The bass on 1 & 3, snare on 2 & 4 beats he loves so much are very boring and don't lend to his abilities at all. His work with Yelawolf, Slaughterhouse and even the recent Trick Trick (Twerk that Pop that), Obie Trice (Richard) and 50 Cent (My Life) tracks he did show an evolution in his ability. I was not an Eminem fan early on because of the lame beats and cookie cutter flow/cadence. And the controversial lyrics did nothing for me.

2 - What PS4 exclusives that are out right now are better than the Wii U exclusives? What exclusives that will be released in the next year will be better?

I really dislike his music. Another Wii U sold, though.

Impactful? Maybe not. But the flow and rhythm schemes in his verses are light years above what it was in the past.

Many people need to remember that music has a much more "personal meaning" in their teen/younger years. I was a huge Bush and Oasis fan in my teen years. Now when I listen to the music I can admit it was garbage on a technical level, but the music meant a lot to me at the time. Rap wise I was a huge Bone Thugs, Tupac, No Limit and Biggy fan. While No Limit is what clicked the most with me at the time, I can admit those rappers were garbage and don't belong is the same breath as the others rappers I mentioned. I feel confident in saying that Eminem now is a top 3 rapper. I can't say that when listening to his earlier stuff. Back then he was just a gimmick that allowed white kids to like rap music. The past few years he has been featured on tracks with rappers of all races and has bodied them all. The "Forever" track is a great example of that. Early Em couldn't have done that verse.

Agree'd, I think Eminem has gotten much better in terms of flow and lyricism. I personally think a lot people can't comprehend the beats he uses now because mainstream normally uses incredibly simple beats. Once beats start being complex, it's like instant hate from the general public. But the fact that he can use these beats and make it work is incredible.

Side note: Check out Logic's debut album Under Pressure, IMO, rap album of the year contender.

I'm not about to hop in this whole old Eminem V.S. new Eminem, because eminem as a lyricist is as good as he has been, but eminem in his prime was pure raw unfiltered rap. It was glorious.

So far in this thread we have people saying Eminem sucks, which is crazy to say about possibly the greatest rapper to ever pick up a mic. We also have in this thread something about Nintendo exclusives being stale and what not. I mean, shit on Nintendo about anything else, but when you single out the exclusives as to why the system is doing bad, you just come off as ignorant. Even this generation they have the highest rated exclusive games and it isn't even close. I wonder if the gap will ever close in that category.

Actually like the dude when it comes to his music. I mean sure... he says nasty things quite often, but I still like it. I guess I don't really mind lyrics if the beat and music is good. Probably why I like most genres from classical to even dubstep and jpop.

As for the WiiU... good for him! Oh and I guess this can be considered SW considering he has effectively marketed the WiiU, and the others haven't gotten his backing recently I guess haha.:P Oh and the slight diss on Destiny as well adds to that.
