English voices in Metro: Last Light are a joke

I just watched some video with English voices and it felt like someone is doing a comedy piece. It was that bad. Seriously, the difference in immersion is hundredfold. What's worse, literally everyone who did a YouTube video played it with English voices. Some people get excited how Charles Dance (who is a very fine actor, don't get me wrong) will be doing voice-over work for The Witcher 3 but it doesn't affect me in the slightest, I'm glad I'm Polish and I'll enjoy the superior Polish version :)

I don't really care if they are bad, I don't want to be reading subtitles when a bunch of action is going on. I did a playthrough of Metro 2033 with russian voices and english subtitles, it was kinda cool, but it was also really frustrating.

Eh, it's part of the charm. And it's not like they are that bad, not like Resident Evil 1 bad.

And no offence to any Polish actors but no one is better than Charles Dance. Let's hope his awesomness translates well into voice work.

I don't like subtitles all over my screen,takes my eyes away from the action,also I don't speak russian so english voices for me were fine.

Is it really all that surprising? Do you expect japanese games to have amazing english?
