Seriously i wouldn't be surprised if the game if annouced for Ps3 also -- since the ESRB did rate a PS3 version of the game ( and then pulled the rating for both the PS3 and 360 versions off their website) ...

And now the box art is missing the "Only on XBOX" logo / trademark that a ton of XBOX 360 exclusives and timed exclusives have.
