The game is an automatic AAA, and is the ff killer.

It's short? thats a bummer.

sounds like what this is is yet ANOTHER solid, servicable JRPG for the 360.  People will begin to stand up and take note.  BlueDragon and Eternal Sonata are apparently very good.  I mean c'mon!  It got a 10 and a pair of 9's! :shock:

30 hours is not that long for a RPG. It will probably get a AA. FF killer? LOLWanderer5

30 hours is ok, not every rpg has to be 50 to 100 hours long. Some times its nice to have a good 30 hour long rpg.

I'm not going to make a big deal out of the FF part in the last sentence,  but... No.

But anyway, good for the game. I'm still not getting it because it those girls look like 9 year olds with boobs already. Actually thats not the really reason, I'm just not interested.

Sigh, of course it wasn't the ff killer. FF12 scored a 10, FF10 scored a 10. I just find it really stupid how a game that scored 36/40 in japan, can be the best simulator ever, if last year a different simulator scored a 39/40.drsports1980

I heard that a couple weeks ago, not 5 days ago. I doubt that ES will come to the PS3, but I wouldnt be surprised if it did though.

They probably mean the storyline is 30 hours if you go straight through, but if you try to beat the game completely it will be much longer. (Take FF7:CC for example. The main story line is 30 hours long, but if you are into collecting all the materia and killing all the secret bosses, it will be well near 100 hours. )

Yea , I was just using it as an example. Wasnt trying to compare the two :P Both games will rock though. 

Wow, another JRPG with androgynous male characters and eight year old girl love interest priestess sorceress whatevers. Cliche and a bit creepy.

I'll buy ff xiii though, that game looks great, and looking forward to SO4.

What does that have to do with anything? It's still one of the highest rated games in the series and as a long time FF fan, the new battle system was a breath of fresh air.

To the TC's comment, no RPG is a FF killer, in terms of worldwide popularity and sales.

30 hours! boo! it takes that long for a good RPG to just get going. after playing the demo, i can agree that the camera really sucks.
