ermm... everyone in the world has a pc.. obviously they will make games cheaper imagine 1 Bn ppl buy 1 game i dont want to calculate that but console gaming is for midclass in Europe every1 in that sector can afford it, As their Salaries vary between 500Eur-10.000Eur. Avg 3.000 Eur. Around 4.500$ isnt bad.
I mean guy who serves in a restaurant in italy gets around 4 gran. including tips.
what? i don't understand this topic.jack_russelTrue is saying that PC games are HECKA cheap and console games are HECKA expensive in the Euros.

Yeah, how people had to pay £300 for PS2 whereas in the US $300 = \OemeniaYou get paid in pounds not in dollars. By that reasoning everyhting is more expensive in Europe since the Euro or Pound Sterling are worth more than dollars.

We almost had to pay $540, waaaaay too much.

But as my sig sais...consoles are a very clever decietful invention...
Did you read my post? Companies reach Europe...They just milk the hell out of the EU console kids...Countries need to prove that they matter in gaming to convince companies to reach to them.

Companies don't reach out to Europe like they do with the USA and Japan.
You think we wouldn't buy the games if they would release them like in the NTSC regions?Countries need to prove that they matter in gaming to convince companies to reach to them.

Last time Ive checked all the games from Western devs are coming in EU same as in US...Its just the Japanese games that are restricted...[QUOTE="CJL13"][QUOTE="True_Gamer_"][QUOTE="CJL13"]Countries need to prove that they matter in gaming to convince companies to reach to them.

The USA hasn't recieved some European games. Besides if they look at you the same way why do they charge you more? Plus aren't you still waiting on Trauma Center: Second Opinion?

That's actualy not true. A lot of European Pc games are released only in Europe(not anywhere near the ammount of Japan games, but still a sizable and hurtful bunch). And a lot of those that are released in US suffer 6-12 months delay compared to EU launchesÂ
I approave this threrad. PC rules, consoles suck in comparison. If the PC had more variety in games, I would never play a console.hamidious
I think game companies are greedy to make an extra buck.EmperorMetalmanits not the game company its that gready company called microsoft or sony
Eurozone always gets the shaft. Especially when it comes to release dates.foxhound_foxWell release dates are fine now...Though they used to be pretty harsh... What is the funniest though is this insane fantasy that casuals have that buying a €400 console they will save more money than a €900 PC... Are they so blind to not see the €60-€70 games?
