IMO, i played this demo on PS3...it looks like a $5 game to me...but appearently my asian friends like this kind of games.

the slowdown and load times really do spoil the fun.

Devs failed. I have seen some bad PS3 ports but never anything so pathetic.

I'm sorry but how did the PS3 version flop? it's getting great reviews.

Visuals and shorter load times for the 360 version are the only noticeable difference between both demos. Or maybe it's just me. Maybe the framerate was just so horrible, and I didn't notice. :lol:

This whole thing is blown out of proportion. The flaws of the PS3 version one can overlook. It's not like the PS3 version is totally broken or missing content. It provides the same core experience. It's just not as pretty, vibrant or smooth. I can definitely deal with that.

Maybe everyone could just stop complaining and not buy the game if it's soooo bad.

And the key word here folks is DEMO. You played the demo. IGN had to suffer through the entire PS3 version of the game.

The PS3 DEMO was manipulated to where you wouldn't see the slow downs - they removed a whole level from the DEMO because of performance issues!

However, the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 demos will not offer the same content. It looks like a "problem" stage has been removed from the PS3 version, following previous reports of framerate issues.

Looks like I'll be getting the 360 version of the game for sure.

Did they really release a toned down version of the PS3 bayonetta demo so that it wouldn't show the performance slowdowns/framerate issues??? No wonder all the cows 'played the demo and didn't see any problems with it'.

If I was Sony and I knew they were giving me a half *** game I would tell them shove it and don't bring it out for my system, nor any other game you make until you get off your *** and make a decent game with EFFORT.

I'm pretty sure SONY is more concerned with God of War 3 which is a PS3 exclusive.

I really don't get why this game is getting such high scores other than possibly the reviewers may have not seen a half naked woman before. The demo was garbage. GOWIII demo and Dantes inferno demo were WAY better.

It's a shame. I switched my pre-order to the PS3 version in hopes of getting an acceptable port, but it seems no big changes were made. I'll be going back to the 360 version for sure now. I prefer the PS3 controller, but not at the expense of slowdown and horrible load times. I want to play Bayonetta at its best.

no because Multiplats generally sell better on the Xbox360 then the PS3.

If you think that the Xbox360 only has Halo your sadly mistaken.

If anything the Xbox360 doesn't really need to rely as heavily on exclusives and slim versions to sell like the PS3.
