EWW why most people like Halo series ?

Great single player experience. Engrossing story line. Multiplayer is lacking IMO. But I'm a dedicated hermit when it comes to shooters. After Battlefield and Counterstrike, nothing on consoles can compare.  But Halo is nothing but a fun time.

I'm still more excited about MGS4 though.

Hermit that's a big Playstation fan. Nothing personal against the Xbox. But the PC/PS combo I've been working with has been in place long before the conception of the Xbox. With that being said. I bought an Xbox in 2004 to see what it was all about. Enjoyed Halo 2, and Ninja Gaiden, etc. But Microsoft bent me over with that terrible lifespan. I expected a lifespan that was a little bit longer.  I own the Xbox 360, but I might sell it for a Wii honestly.
