Eyepet GS review.. 6.5. Is sony losing momentum or does this game matter?

Seriously, you show me the massive hype threads for this game, that everyone is now "pretending" don't exist and you have a point. Otherwise, yeah, a PS3 game wasn't very good. Wanna bet I can't find some less than stellar 360 exclusives?

It's a flop! Some PS3 fanboys said it's going to be AA. Don't pretend you don't know this game guys! ;) You can bet if a Natal game flops you're going to hear it from them.

This is almost as shameful as fanboys using the Hannah Montana PSP pack as some kind of "pwnage".

IIRC, there's only been one single hype thread for EyePet... and that was because the guy found a video with the pet riding a penis car. Yes, a penis car.

lol, so you already have natal? and sorry but you kinda remind me of this...... anyway at leastsome people wouldstop claimingthat natal is a first in gaming, and kinda dissapointed cause I was thinking of getting this eypet for the kids but now I might have to wait till the price gone down

I say failed attempt by Sony to try and beat Natal with their current hardware.

I'm not saying that they can't, just saying that Eyepet didn't do it.

When did they do that? As far as I've seen around here, this was kept in the bin of shame along with Natal.

Yep it looks like this game has less depth and content in it than a frikkin Tamagotchi. Even the chao mini game on Sonic Adventure made a better pet game than this crap.

Wth, am I missing something here. Doesn't the game launch in Q2 2010? And aren't GS usually behind on their reviews? If this has been talked about sorry didn't read the entire thread. It just boggled my mind when I seen there was a review up lol.

Ah man, I don't even own a PS3 and i'm disappointed, I can't really explain it. The first time I saw this game and all the stuff I read about it blew me away. The concept is amazing and the interacting with the camera and I loved that it was an advanced a.i. game.

"No evolution of the virtual pet" WTF, that would have been awesome. The most interesting thing about an a.i. pet game I think is the a.i., its ability to learn and evolve to you.

I can't believe it. If this game got 9.0 and lived up to its... promise, if you will, I would be more interested in a PS3 for it.

I'm truly disappointed. :(

EDIT: I wasn't interested in this as a pet thing, but an a.i. game, the camera interaction is a great idea though.
