Hi, I have no idea which game to get, please don't say both as I can only get one.
Which would you go for? Any general advice about which game is better would be appreciated.
Many thanks

Saints Row 2
If you buy Fable 2 you'll hate yourself for even considering it, seriously, even if you do like it, SR2 will give you 10 times the fun.
Saints Row 2 is one of the best games I've played on my 360. Hands down. I dumped over 50 hours into it without even noticing, and I'm usually the kind of guy who has trouble spending more than a week on a single game. Fable 2 was fun for about twelve hours. By that time, I'd completely leveled my guy in all attributes, beaten all story missions as well as all downloadable content missions, and started shooting random people for the fun of it because I couldn't find anything else to do. There is nothing generic about Saints Row 2, either. I don't know what kind of crack you'd have to be smoking to make that statement.
All that being said, you shoudl really try to own both at some point down the road.
[QUOTE="Nisim19"]FABLE 2 SR2 is genric Rob-BelmontYou say it as though Fable 2 is anything but generic.
SR2 is like the mega cheap version of GTA... it's horrible.

You either have horrible taste in games, or you're being paid by rockstar or lionhead studios. I've never met anybody who's played Saints Row 2 and not loved it. I had GTA IV way before saints row 2, and gta wasn't a fraction as fun as sr2.
Granted, I never played sr2 online. I did play gta iv online though, and that got pretty boring after a few hours of flying the helicopter and hanging out at the airport. I played Fable 2's online coop too, and it was actually less fun than gta iv.

Right... I wish I was paid buy rockstar or lionhead! BTW I never said Fable 2 is better... nor did I said I played it.
As for SR2, not only is it boring, the graphic are horrible... it feels like a bad arcade game. I rather play GTA4 any day.

I rented SR2 and wow was it bad. -Glitches: When you have a mini-game where you have to purposely have to get cars to hit you, please make sure cars won't randomly stop spawning. -Story: Very, very, very bad. I liked the characters, but the actual story line was pathetic. -Gameplay: Didn't enjoy it at all. Driving was terrible. Running felt and looked so bad. -Weapons: Decent variety, never really cared what I was using though. -Customization: Great. Some useless things I personally didn't care about, but I can see why people liked having the options. -Missions: Terrible. When your chasing a car, please make it so the car doesn't go around the same three blocks until you kill it. -Co-op: The only reason I continued playing it (and achievements) -Graphics: Horrible. Maybe I'm bashing the game a bit too much, but the game was just frustrating because of all the bugs and bad design decisions. Please Log In to post.
