Go to the Fabke 3 listing on the Xbox Live Marketplace.
Click the "Download to xbox 360" button.
It will show as $19.99. Do not buy.
Click "use microsoft points"
It will be listed as free.
Confirm your purchase.

People are reporting that it also works on the console. It supposed to start tomorrow but Microsoft managed to screw this up as well.
Now it is showing up on my front page. It may not be on your frony page yet. Microsft releases things by region and since I am in the Pacific Northwest I get things pretty quick.

I'm downloading even though I already got the game, it's better than SW says. Funny sidequests, interesting moral stuff near the end ( that's more impactful if you don't cheese the system).
