oh no...its much nastier than that.
nintendo is indeed paying ubi to mess up on both formats....but it gets worse. everyone knows that nintendo bow to the japanese gov, and there controlled by many multinational corps. intel and AMD (under pressure from the US gov) are now putting the squeez on the japanese gov to ensure that sonys hardware never takes off outside of consoles. at the same time they want to give the 360 and kick in the privates so that only the PC version turns out well (if it doesent exist...it will) so that more PCs and thus more of there hardware sell. now US/French relations are improving and to ensure this contuinues, the french gov, under orders from the US gov, are telling ubi to mess up all but the PC version. the US gov, however, are under control by the evil ompah lompahs, backed by EA, who are very pally with nintendo.
dont u see ppl....this is nintendos shot at taking over the world....its all completly obhious :P.
