yeah i dont think Epic are going to sink that low and add in a mode like "infection". i really cant think of any useful team based modes that would really work in gears of war right now.

the shotgun is without a doubt the easiest weapon in the game to use. hit, shoot, repeat. simple as that. it was just a matter of who saw who first.

No it doesn't..one just as to be from a distance and shoot...BAM you on the ground and head stomp. Unlike the shot gun, good aiming and accuracy can get you a quick kill...isn't always easy.

Umn there was no slowdown at all in the first. It was locked at 30 FPS. The 1up guys were amazed at how smooth GeoW 2 was running when they saw a live demo.

Yep I like how smooth it is especially compared to the first. They also sped up the chain saw animations.. wonder why.jangojay

The shot gun isn't just one hit and you die...(not always) most of the time you need around 3 shots untill he gets down. It takes real skill to get a one hit kill (some times its a fluke) the lancer is just point and shoot from a good distance and you get a kill. EASY!Forensic-Klown

you need an active shot with the lancer to pull that off.

that sounds like another perfect game to me. if they did nothing but continue the story id still love it.

It does look better than the first one.. videos and screens prove this.. and that is a really nice comparison..Gears 2 blows away the first gears..and i can't belive that some people still say that it looks like first one,and they go even far saying that uncharted looks better :lol:
