I dont think this has been posted yet

If you dont know, its made by Obsidian which is made up from the guys who made the original Fallout games

So it looks like it may solve most of Fallout 3's problems

It looks really nice, I mean, I didn't play fallout 3, so I may get into this. The inclusion of ADS seems good for this game as well.

P.S-My inner grammar cop is disappointed by the spelling of your thread title there.......

It's looking better than I thought it would, but it's an Obsidian game (and a more traditional Fallout game) so I would have bought it either way.

First day buy for me, Fallout 3 is one of the best games this gen.

It's weird, but I think Bethesda actually made a really good choice in the end by letting Obsidian make this game. I mean personally I found Fallout 3 to be disappointing (even when I expected it to not be great), yet New Vegas is also a day one buy for me because it's got the old crew working on it.

New Vegas seems to be the middle ground, bridging the gap between new and old fans. Hopefully it delivers, too.

Original developer my arse. They add iron sight aiming :( and heavy opponets that can knock you down. Not that i dont like what i saw, but i though they gonna make the game more rpg, instead it looks more fps. Graphics are the same. Well atleast it wont need a better pc. Or will it? I hope osbidian makes a game that has less bugs than fallout 3. The world loojks bigger and new vegas looks alive with npcs and stuff and nice weapons. Looks great, but not very rpgish. To me it looks like they took the action direction and trying to compete with borderlands.

It is weird how you think this one will be better just because osbidian happen to have some people that made the previous game like, what? 12 years ago? Things have changed alot and by the looks of it, it looks more of a shooter for casual fanbase.

All we have seen so far is action, which looks to be quite improved from FO3. But maybe with it's FPS disguise, it can have a story way better than FO3's, which isn't that great, but loaded with subplots.

I can agree with some things, but i wouldnt call it quite improved from FO3. What you mostly see in a trailer is graphics and those are not very improved from FO3. I do hope its better in the other sectors though but judging by alpha protocol.....

Shooters and and RPG dont mix very well (alpha protocal) Its going to play like a shooter but feel like a RPG (in terms of story, NPC's, and leveling up).

Honestly looks more like a Fallout game than Fallout 3...of course, that's probably due to Obsidian making it.

Ask me the shooting in alpha protocol was a mess. I guess thats why they make fallout NV more action focused.

Nope, i liked ther rpg side of it and the zoom instead of weapon sights. Aiming in the pc was not as able as other fps, so i dont think sight aiming will do good. But seriously, they say they gonna make the headshots easier. That is gonna make the game more fps than rpg.

i loved Fallout 3 i have almost 300 hours of gameplay, but am not sure about Fallout : NV maybe i'll just wait for the reviews
