Awsome.

I'm honestly really excited for this game. I think Obsidion is gonna do an awesome job. And even if they don't really do anything original with it, and just gave it a new map, new quests, new characters etc. I'd still be happy with it. As long as the story is interesting too.
Love how they took the mod from Fallout 3 where you can customize your guns and put it in Vegas. They have good eyes for good ideas. Oh, and I think they also used the clear blue sky mod as well. That one was much needed in Fallout 3. I couldn't stand the green tint to everything.
amazing! shame that my dumbass'd friends think this is Fallout 4Ratchet_Fan8They're dumbasses because they don't follow gaming 24/7?
That no effort has been put into evolving the visuals or UI is pretty offputting. While I guess it was naive of me to expect this to be something completely fresh, it looking exactly like Fallout 3 is pretty offputting and makes me concerned about other aspects of the game.
The one thing I'm hoping has drastically improved is the writing. But I kind of get the impression they're trying to preserve the canon and universe of Fallout 3. Actual realistic, well-written characters and a world that makes sense would probably clash wildly with the clown atmosphere set up by Bethesda. Fallout 3 was a pretty popular game, so can't blame them for that if this is the case. But I'd be bummed out if this is just Fallout 3 in a new-ish setting and some additional mechanics. Though I guess that's still an improvement and it's too early to pass judgment. Fish getting battered. It's getting battered all the time.
ugh i hate this crap.Ooh and ammo has weight in hardcore mode! Thats awesome!

Exagerated and pointless micromanagement is the worst thing about wrpg's.
*****, i wouldnt be surprised if a few years from now you have to take into account the levels of sugar in your blood and evaluate light microscopic changes in your bladder before shooting.

you dont have to play hardcore mode >.>and if its anything like STALKER when it comes to ammo and weight, it wont be that bad.
Hype is rising. Those landscapes look pretty interesting. Also machinegun greanade launcher ftw.
That'd be pretty sweet actually.*****, i wouldnt be surprised if a few years from now you have to take into account the levels of sugar in your blood and evaluate light microscopic changes in your bladder before shooting.

I recently bought GOTY edition and yesterday the game crashed to the PS3 menu when i was pushing the two-headed cow in Megaton. First time i played it the sound glitched during the first CG presentation :/Love it... sounds awesome.
Now i only hope the PS3 version is not buggy as all hell.... like the Fallout 3.
did they ever patch the game?

KotOR II was almost superior to the original. It just needed a little more time to get the ending right.Looks more like Fallout 3...which is awesome because F3 is in my Top 3 Games of theis Generation, right after GTA IV & SMG (Haters can bite me).
I just hope that this doesn't end up like KOTOR II...

The ps3 version was fine. I played it 4 times on PC and got the ps3 version for 20 bucks and it played just like the unmodded PC version, the only difference is the PC version had better graphics, mainly in draw distance.
On topic: I think it sounds great. Im not surprised, nor dissapointed that it looks like fallout 3. The only gripe i have with the game engine is the animations are pretty crappy, i hope they tweak them a little, but i doubt they will.

I agree but hey, everyone has their game plan. I dont really like things like that though. They seem like an interesting concept but it only gets in the way later on and becomes ridiculous. So I'll pass on it personally. Again, I always find it an interesting idea but no long lasting appeal.
Yet they offer two modes(as far as I know) so both parties are happy.
