Im not a fanboy, but I only have a PS3 at the moment. I would love to play Bioshock, and Mass Effect interests me. Both of these I believe will eventually end up on PS3 however, so just a matter of time. Before all you 360 fans get your panties in a bunch, I believe also it's just a matter of time before MGS4 goes to your system, too.
I plan on buying a Wii after the next price cut, if they are available.

Unless Microsoft relinqhishes their rights to Mass effect, it will not go to the PS3.
I'm a cow and I envy ME, BD, LO, ES for the 360.Ragnarok1051Just get 360 on the next major price drop. You are going to want Infinite Undiscovery, Cry On, Blue Dragon 2, Magna Carta 2, Mass Effect2-3, and many more too.

You are absolutely right, I haven't got a next-gen system yet so who knows which one i'll pick first.

You'd need to see the contract to make a completely valid point on that, which is why I worded my statement with a "believe". It could bea timed contract, and PROBABLY is, considering the amount of money spent.
Nights, I wish Sega would have made a next gen version of this game for Xbox 360, seeing how the 360 is more like the Dreamcast in more ways of style, games, etc. than any other platform Sega should have passed over the opportunity ofporting a last gen upgrade of the game for Wii and made a true sequel for the360.
Microsoft needs a platformer. If onlyMicrosoftGame Studios acquired Sega.

Oh god, here we go, ME is PUBLISHED by MS, they decide where it goes, not BioWare.

You'd really need to see the contract, I have studied some contract law and really everything could hinge on a single word. Excemptions can be made. There are a million different things that can be done to either ensure this game never sees any platform but 360, or that Mass Effect 2 and 3 are PSWii exclusive. Except for the fact that it went to the PC, yes. But you're right, I doubt ME will go to the pcAnyway my picks are Uncharted and Rachet. Theres a severe lack of action games and platformers on the 360 and I need my fix.

Hmmm you've"studied some"contract law? You know there is a little bit of difference between the contract between 2 people or a car sale and the contracts corporations use?
I have a feeling that the people MS use to draw up contracts are not stupid.
EDIt Oh and its not Boston Legal, everything hinging on a single word is very rare in real life, but you knew that I'm sure.

I know your trying to get the best of me, but yes, I agree with you. I'm trying more to point out that nobody can say beyond a good guess whether ME will be a timed multiplat or not without seeing the specifics of the contract. Even then, you would need somebody who specializes in contract law to even see up from down on it. (Which is not me by the way, I only studied a couple of semesters).
Basically is comes down to this, unless you work for MS or Bioware as the lawyer who drew up the contract, you can't really say with certainty that either ME will never come to PS3, or ME is due out for PS3 in 200?. I just believe, in my personal opinion, that with the amount of money put into this game, Bioware would have somebody on their team put a timed exclusivity clause into that contract. I could very well be wrong.

I heard it might come to the 360 though because of the bad software sales on the PS3. Even though the fan base may be on the PS3 the 360 sells more software so it will probably more then make up for it.
