Far Cry 2 looks better than Gears2 and KZ2

if you are talking about in the technical aspects in terms of the fact that farcry 2 is an open world game with alot to render and is outputting good visuals then yes.

if you are talking about the graphical/art approach to the game then no.

killzone2 and gears2 both have that realism approach and look much better....although they are both linear games so its expected that they look better

COMPLETELY AGREED ! But NO ONE i.e. Hermits,Cow OR Lemmings would want to agree with you.Hermits will bring in their Stalker and CRYSIS.Cows will get RESISTANCE 2 and KZ2,some informed cows will also bring Heavy Rain ! Lemmings will bring Halo 3 and Gears of War 2 :D

I dont get it, Gears2 and KZ2 are such linear games and still the games just look too grey, KZ2 has really nice explosions and the protagonist gun looks amazing when reloading, and Gears2 textures look nice, but come on if Far Cry looks anything like in that low quality youtube video than its easily the best looking game, that outdoor enviorment looks amazing. If we wanna compare linear games then GT5P is the graphics king easily.
