PC is for multimedia features, Internet, work (school, or job related), and of course pRon. Hell PC is for everything except gaming unless you are fascinated with boring sims, card games, or boring as hell turned-based RPG's.
Now the 360 is for gaming.)
Far Cry 2 is a shooter.
I'll let you figure it out

If your PC is good enough you should get the PC version of every multiplat shooter. It's a no brainer. As long as you have a mid-range PC ( Decent dual core cpu, a 8800 GT or better, and 2 GB's of ram) then don't even think of getting the console version.karasillMy sentiments exactly. The PC versions generally have the edge in mods (anything from new maps to new weapons to even entirely new games based on the original game's engine!), controls, online features, and the like. Thus, the real question is "What are the specs of your PC?" If you happen to have some five-year-old clunker that can't even hope to match your X360 technically, then I doubt you're willing to spend 1000 US$ or so that can run Far Cry 2 and any other game released in the next few years nicely just for the mods and whatnot, especially when you already own an X360.
It depends what kind of PC you have.
PS3_3DO
Yeah, if you can run it on very high, then get it for PC. If you can't, than get it for 360.

If you can run it on High you should get the PC version. The console version is only running at around medium settings. So if you can run it better than the console version then get it for PC. This all depends on what rig your going to be running it on.

I'm pretty sure it runs at High. I don't think medium can look that good.

It's on medium.
My PC isn't the best. I had an 8800 GT but I spilled water into the tower and fried it (along with quite a few other components). I had to put back in my 7600 GT with only 256 megs of VRAM, I have 2 Gigs of DDR2 RAM, and a Pentium 4 Processor with HT technology.stevenk4k5
Hmm, you might be getting an equivalent visual experience to the 360 with that card.
It comes down to your choice of controls and your friends, do they play mainly on 360 or PC?
Get the 360 version. Save yourself a lot of hassle :)
Unless you enjoy fiddling around with PC's .... personally I would rather just play the game and get some more achievement points as my score is very close to my friends score now..... he just got another game and will be racing ahead so I will need to catch up again :)
Gotta love the cross game high score table competition the 360 provides with all its games :)
PS3.
But it you have ONLY 360 and PC, then get it for the 360. the PC version might have better graphics, but PC gaming is lonely and boring. The map editor in the 360 version should be much more fun to use and you will be much more involved with the community. Also, playing it on a HDTV from the comfort of your couch = win.
o boy, doesnt get anymore ignorant than this, u really cant even pull the opinion card on this onePC is for multimedia features, Internet, work (school, or job related), and of course pRon.
