Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon releasing May 1, now with 100% more Michael Biehn

• Standalone expansion, won't require Far Cry 3
• Confirmed to be open-world ( \o/ )
• May 1 date is for XBL version, PC and PS3 release date currently unknown (the date's from the game's XBL Marketplace page, so presumably the other versions will release on the same day but it could be a timed exclusive thing)
• "Players take on the role of Sergeant Rex Colt, a Mark IV Cyber Commando. As Rex, players have to fight a cyborg army gone rogue, "get the girl" and save the world."
• Michael Biehn (Terminator, Aliens, The Rock) is apparently voicing someone (Rex by the looks of the boxart)

Well this just jumped to the top of my to buy list. Check out some of the gloriously rad 80's soundtrack here.

Probably. Price isn't up but it's an XBLA title (updated OP with totally rad boxart) so it'll definitely be $15-20.

You know how Red Dead Redemption has the Undead Nightmare DLC, which is actually it's own little spin off game? Or how inFamous 2 has the Blood Festival downloadable thing?

It's like that, a downloadable thing with Far Cry 3 involving crazy stuff unrelated to the plot of Far Cry 3.

Honestly though, that above description is about as much as anyone knows I think.

Everything about this game just looks goofily brilliant. Will definitely buy this
