Half-Life: Opposing Force is my favourite expansion. Very well done and I like how it is the same story from the opposing side, seeing all of the previous events through the eyes of one of the soldiers.

Hmm, I only ever buy expansion packs for RTSs. Tiberian Sun: Firestorm, Brood War, Frozen Throne, Yuri's Revenge and Zero Hour are my favourite expansion packs.
Mine is Shivering Isles, Ive never had so much fun playing an expansion before, my 2nd choice would be the newest FFXI expansion because it adds alot of new content.

I found that Yuri's revenge totally unbalanced Red Alert 2.
Mainly cuz it's starcraft, but it made it even better. :)
Dawn of War: Dark Crusade
Not only did it introduce 2 new races, and 5 new units, but it completely overhauled the single player system into one of the best I've played in a while. Also, it had my favorite race in the Warhammer 40k universe.
Shivering Isles-Oblivion....but that's because I don't usually buy many Expansions....
Oh and Opposing Force (how can I forget about that one). I wonder if Adrian Shepherd will return in Half Life: Episode 2...or 3...or anytime now.....VALVE I WANT SOME ANSWERS!!!!!!
