Favorite video game character of last generation?

Characters that debuted during the seventh generation(PS3/Wii/360 era). We often don't get mega stars anymore like Mario or Pac man. The last really popular mega star character is probably Master Chief unless I'm missing someone. That's crazy when you think about it. There's a lot of high statured character like Kratos, Sackboy and Inklings but they don't really compare.

However, this thread is NOT about who is the most popular. It's about your personal favoriteS.

Riddick was introduced in 2004 on Xbox/PC.

Master Chief was 2001 on Xbox.

One of the better ones and would be one of my choices.

• Reda - Skate series, most notably Skate 2 (he was all but missing in Skate 3 much to my disappointment)
• Sofia - The funny fully voiced follower in Skyrim (when a mod can do a better job with creating a believable character than the entire work of a AAA studio, and make her speak contextually about your exploits, that's sad)
• Solaire of Astora - Dark Souls
• Donte - DmC: Devil May Cry (I think I am one of the very few people who not only enjoyed the new game, but the new Dante as well. I thought it was a good western interpretation of the character and different take on him. I also enjoyed Kat and Vergil as well)
