Nooooo, they are going to mess up FF4 with the new cartoonish look.  They should of stuck with a serious look, look at Octomammoth, he looks no where near as scary and freaking as he was in the orginal snes one.

FFIV looks great, a nice step up over FFIII.
I also never played the GBA port or the original so I'm looking forward to this one.

Don't really care about Dissidia.

Disidia (maybe they should call it Ehrgeiz 2) looks like a fighting game. The Story behind it that Chaos and Cosmos (Dark and Light) put their forces against each other in form of fighters. I expect to see Cloud, Squall, Sephiroth, Kefka, Zidane, Kuja, Tidus, Seymoure... In other words Tekken with FF characters.Kreean

I wonder what side Cecil and Kain from Final Fantasy 4 will be on. You have Cecil as the Dark Knight ( somewhat bad) or Paladin (good) and the good or evil Kain (both as a Dragoon). They both spend a good part of the game as both.

Materia Junctioning for the multiple combinations of attacks is what made that game great. I'd gladly buy a PS3 no questions asked for an Advent Children style FF7 remake or even sequel.

1) I just prefer RPGs over fighting games
2) A fighting game made by SE doesn't really excite me
3) And I'll quote Ceb from neogaf:

"I get the feeling Dissidia will be really shallow. Looks like something that could've been a mini-game in one of the Kingdom Hearts titles"

is pretty much the impressions I got.

Still, We've only seen screens so far so who knows, maybe it'll look better in video form at the SE party.
