Every game looks immeasurably better on PC, this is nothing new.

Where is everyone getting this notion that this game was loved at release? It came and went. I still feel like one of the very few that played and enjoyed it.

With some sweetfx and 4k resolution it really looks amazing and still runs better than any of the console versions, lul.

This doesn't even take into account the 980Ti's awesome over clocking potential (easily +30% on clock speeds) and it's compared to one of the fastest GTX 1060's on the market.

My old 980 Ti could bite at the heels of a 1080 at 1080p(forgot to try 4K). This card is an absolute monster in terms of overclocking and some of the better ones could get a performance increase in the 30% range, trading blows with a 1080.

(bare in mind the card isn't even overclocked and its at its highest settings, this card can EASILY achieve 60fps at that resolution, the Xbox ONE X is no where near the GTX 980 Ti's level, so drop the whole notion that it is)

I'm confused as to what all of these charts have to do with the PC version of FFXV being objectively better on PC (like most games) according to the developer.

Plus the last 2 FF PC ports have been excellent... inlcuding the buttery FF12 TZA. Not sure why the Pro couldnt hit 60 frames on that.

@GioVela2010: It averages 31fps at the highest preset at native 4K. X1X is 1800p and not even the highest preset. At least compare apples to apples. You’re basically giving the 980 Ti something like 30% harder than the X1X to run.

The 980 Ti will beat the X1X 90% of the tile and a good overclocker will dismantle because it’s only about 5% slower than a stock 1080. If you had done your research you would know but as always you’re being ignorant.

“Average frame rate” Is a stupid barometer when the X1X version is VSync locked to 30 FPS.

Compare 1% minimum vs 1% minimum to get a better taste of what the GPU’s are capable of this game.
