Final Fantasy 13 Downgrade confirmed

It will be amazing no matter what. It's a series that really doesn't need to rely on graphics.

Perhaps I'm missing the picture here but, what else were you expecting?

Umm when ever were preview graphics from this early on not touched up and far superior to final product graphics? Its amazing it took this long for real in game shots.Ket87

I hope im wrong but this wont be the real time character models. Square always has two model sets, one fairly more detailed for cutscenes, and another more simple for real time gameplay.

It was on TV Tokyo like around yesterday. They revealed the development process of the pig-tailed girl. The TC fails and i'll say it again, this IS NOT the final build up. Why post this BS, TC? Insecure about the 360 version looking ugly so you had to try to make PS3 owners feel bad as well. You were caught in you bad trolling attempt as well as lying.DeadSpaceXIII

why the hell do people think I am trolling? these screenshots show that all that CG footage that Square has shown is FAR from real time and the game will look more like this

WTF? Those are early build/development screens of the girl. The game is not going to look like that. It going to look a lot better then that.

Its only like 4 or 5 months from release in Japan it has a Q1 or Q2 '09 Japanese release so yeah I guess it is worth a thread.

There's no release date for Japan. They're releasing a demo in Spring 2009.

PS3 "fanboys" need to come to terms that this is an "EPIC" win for MS! And will most likely help up sales on the 360! There are a lot of 360 owners who do love RPG's now they don't have to get a PS3! It's making a home on both platforms:Djasonheyman

It seems to me to be a pre-alpha, character model render, for animation and the such. :| Hardly an accurate representation of the final game. And where on earth did you find that screen anyway?? :question:
