Final fantasy 14, im stunned by how bad the game is...

Im actually in shock about how bad this game is, im really suprised square enix let it release, they use to be really highquality developers but this game is a total bloody mess, is anyone else actually suprised by how bad final fantasy 14 actually is? howdid square get it so wrong.

I'm a long time fan of FF11 and I'm really annoyed at how bad this game is. Once the 30 day trial runs out, I'm cancelling my account. I'll check back in a year or so to see if it's improved.

i cant say i played it..but i was expecting it to score way higher being a FF game. sadly tho i knew it wouldnt dethrone wow..some of my friends still say its the best mmo ever..bc they love anything FFJetB1ackNewYear

I don't think it is a 4.0 score, but it does need a lot of aimprovements. The potential is there, too bad you can't play potential though.

Well I spent 16 hours on MGS4, 8 of which were gameplay, so its still twice as much gameplay as ODST. :o 110million

The most popular were from the PS1 (VII, VIII for whatever reason, IX), but the best were from the SNES (IV, V VI which is still the best in the series)

Final Fantasy 6 is the best imo, with that said I thought that Final Fantasy 4 and 5 were not as good as the PS1 final fantasy games.

With that said the series has really gone downhill from X and onwards imo.

Some people think that X is a great game, so good for them, but a lot less people think that X-2, 11, 12 and 13 were up to par with previous installments and yet they all sold millions

Was XIV the first MMO you've jumped into at launch? I know it can be shocking to people who are used to starting an MMO/s after they've matured a bit to see what a launch looks like, but there's not much surprising here.

The only reason ites like GS are giving the game 4's is because SE asked everyone to wait to review the game.

Yep, it certainly has issues. Still, the game is fun and will no doubt improve over time.
