Final Fantasy IX coming to PlayStation Store soon!

Not sure if anyone keep up with PSN charts but Final Fantasy VII ever since it was releaed on PSN last year on E3 the game been always the top selling game on there and Final Fantasy VIII comes close to second. now that we have FFVII and FFVIII it was a matter of time till FFIX gets annouced. Square Enix producer Shinji Hashimoto tweeted that more info on the downloadable version will be coming next week. yup now that FFIX is coming to PSN hopefully Sony and Square will release FFX and FFX-2 on 1 blu-ray with tropheis :D

Already own 9 :D but i reccomend it to everyone that likes FF.

Its a very well made game, IMO EASILY the best FF. Definitely give it a shot.

The main thing is that it takes time, i dont have time right now since i got a bunch of PS3 games laying around that need to be played( resonace of Fate, SO4I, FFXIII, GoW3 and even more are coming :cry: ), University studies and the idea that its a PS1 game with old graphics lol i'll support the game and buy it but still not too sure if i'll have the chance in playing it, still havent finished FF7 and FF8 yet :(

Awesome! I never got to finish IX. Got up to the 4th disk and it wouldnt work! Now ill finally get a chance.

Did you like FFX-2?i couldnt get into the whole dress sphere thing.

did i like it? i loved that game! its the reason why im now a huge FF fan :P, i remember playing that game for over 3 times just to reach 100% and get the secret ending then after somtime i heard FFX-2 was actually a sequal to another game called FFX so i played that and enjoyed it mroe than FFX-2, after that i searched all over the place on the history of the company that made these games and noticed they had already made 9 games before lol. played the remake of 1and2 on PSP and so on. FFX is my fav FF on the PS2. now FFXIII is my fav FF on ps3

Nice,FFVIII is what got me into the FF series.

First I heard of this.

I & II are also on the JP store so we'll likely see "Origins" making it to the NA store as well. I don't know if EU had I & II sold as a single package or separately like Japan.

As for IX, I really liked it when I was younger but it doesn't do it for me anymore.

Fat Princess DLC is free

The last FF game I feel was truly worthy of the franchise name :). I wouldn't buy it again though because I still have my original disc.

probably my third favourite FF title, after FF2 and FF12.

if you haven't played it, it's certainly worth it. (the price of admission is a steal compared to how much it cost when it first came out!)

i might get it... but really all i have to do is hook up my PS2 and pop it in. so i might not.

I've been wanting to play this game for ages, but my discs are not in great condition, so I've been waiting for it to release on PSN. I just hope the UK gets it sooner than we did with VIII.

It's my favorite FF in recent memory. I really wish Square would make FF games like FF9 again, with great lead characters like Zidane. I'm really done with all of the grim mopey characters. It's beyond dull.

Im pretty sure only an absolute moron would buy a PS3, a $300+ system just for a 10 year old game easily found on the PS1 along with the system for under $100.

All I know is that I didn't like her. So unless she got a personality change midway into the game, my opinion of her probably wouldn't change.

I really enjoy this installment so much. Probably my second favorite, but hot damn is it good.

I own the disc, but I would gladly pay to have it on my harddrive and able to play on my psp

Never played it so I might have to look into it. That would be great if they released FFX with trophies. I put hundreds of hours into that game on PS2. They can probably leave X-2 out though. That one was pretty lame and was embarrassing for me to play
