Which version is going to be better? Since it was built for the ps3 and then later ported to the 360, I wonder if the ps3 will have the edge.
I'm personally not that excited by the game. All the FF have been going downhill since ff8.

Hmm, that's quite stupid. I'm pretty sure for once the PS3 will have the clearly better version, seeing as the game is developed for the PS3 hardware.I'm still buying the 360 one.

We all know that the game will be 99.9% similar on both systems, at least the in game stuff (the videos may be worst on 360), and Square is a big enough team to make it happen for sure easilly
They are going to be the same for non-fanboys. But to the fanboys there will be slight, differences that to see you have to pay more attention to the graphics than the gameplay.
The 360 will probably have muiltple dics, but the PS3 may have muiltple installs like MGS 4; but they really doesn't matter.
I'm going to assume the PS3 version will be better because it has the benefit of a longer development cycle.
Oh and it will fit on one disc, thanks to Blu-ray. 8)
Since it's going to be ported from the PS3 to the 360, the PS3 version will most likely be the better version. However, I'm more interested in seeing which will sell more, since Sony doesn't do a good job of promoting its games, while this would be one of those games Microsoft would promote to all hell.LegendaryscmtIReally, the only region we could really compare flat numbers would be Europe, since America is where the 360 has so much of its fanbase, though I'm interested to see how many 360 owners actually pick up FF, since I believe recent iterations have been received more in the West than the East. Worldwide numbers might be comparable, since it's exclusive in Japan it will probably move a few PS3s as well as sell well for the PS3 owners.
Europe might be the decent place to compare, since the gap between 360 and PS3 ownership isn't as huge as the US, and Japan has it as an exclusive. Then of course, whatever numbers we see compared will completely depend upon who comes out the winner. If Microsoft/Sony come out ahead in WW numbers, 360/PS3 fanboys will be touting those, whereas when the 360 sales in the US obliterate the PS3 for FF, we'll see 360 fanboys turning to those with PS3 fanboys turning to Japan to talk about the counterbalance from sales there. Of course, all this while I'll be playing the game and trying to soak in the story, hoping it as well as the ill-balanced combat system aren't going to make a return from XII.
How can you even compare the two, they haven't even shown gameplay yet -- Literally its like your comparing CGI to CGI ..Haziqonfire
With speculation.
