We'll wait for the Gamespot review. Oh and Dark Sector has an AA hype, i.e in the 8.0's. You can't hype both an A and AA. It doesn't work like that in system wars. And it's not just your hype many others have been hyping AA.

I don't play the System Wars game, sorry. I said it'd get a 7.5 or 8.0 and that's that.

Game Ranking's scores are a combonation of overall scores from other sources right, so I'll wait till more and more reviews to come out. I wanted to get another game in March, but we'll see, I'm just glad I'll be playing the Battlefield beta until GTA IV and Mario Kart Wii comes out at the end of April.

A gaming magazine here in Denmark called GameReactor gave it 8/10 but I don't have a scanner so you are gonna have to take my word for it.

They things they say kinda reminds me of the Uncharted reviews, you know lots of action, very entertaining, nice graphics and such. It sounds like a decent game to me, 100% buy:D

I just don't get how they wrote that review and relesed it in the march issue, very early....oh well...

Yup, pretty much. People take reviews too seriously. I know that I wouldn't let others dictate my life, but some individuals dig that kinda thing. I'm glad I'm fortunate enough to do what I want to do in life. Anyways, it's not like these are bad scores, so it'll still be a good game regardless.

I figured it would score in that range, but I can see Bioshockownz loving the game due to the fact he was able to really enjoy Clive Baker's Jericho :?xTHExJUICEx

And Turning Point. Or well, at least he didn't think it was a piece of crap like a normal person.

Not saying Dark Sector will be a piece of crap. It looks moderately decent. Which would've been fine it didn't also look so incredibly derivative and "cool" AKA silly.

Incorrect. I was able to play it at E4All and that's why I've been hyped for it since.

I'm the second post (BloodStainedVendetta). Also, I thought Jericho was a fairly solid game, even though the squad AI was as horrible as it can get. It was a linear horror game that would've worked better if you were playing as one person, instead of an entire squad. With that said, I can't see comparing either of these games to Dark Sector as being fair. Dark Sector is a far better game, judging from the demo I played last year and I can only see that it has improved since then in the trailers I've seen. The gameplay was already there, but it was looking shabby in a few areas and the enemy AI wasn't all that bright. I read a newer preview and it said the enemy AI has improved, so that's good to know.

C'mon Bioshock :). This is SW and people will ALWAYS take reviews seriously, especially if they can find any type of ownage out of it. Dark Sector will still be good I believe. I was very excited for it and still am, even after the 7's.

Nope, I never entered an Official Hype Thread for Dark Sector, which is where your hype score dictates whether you get owned or not. Anyways, I still guessed 7.5-8.0 from Gamespot, so mark me down. I'm ready to play. Kitty, kitty, meow, meow. :|

i would have given it a 2/10...i just dislike everything about it. to much ripped ideas with no added innovation or ATLEAST something fun.

You people have ridiculous ******* standards. Christ, I mean come on, a game doesn't have to be AA or AAA or even A to be fun.
