that was an excellent review but meh, not interested in the game at all. The world and the villains are cool but the combat system and Batman himself,,,, just hate em.
Detective mode was in the the other Batman Arkham games, he's obviously neverplayed them. Him saying they stole it from Witcher 3 is incredibly ignorant. Maybe he is failing at a joke.

I cant play Batman, the combat bores me to much, it reminds me of playing Assassins Creed and just spamming the attack button and watching as the characters fights half the fight for me.

@mesome713: If you play the Batman games by just spamming the attack button you're doing it wrong. I love the combat system and if used properly it's one of the most satisfying around and infinitely better than Ass Creed.
@whalefish82: I was meaning how its so easy to just spam the attack/counter buttons. Its just like Assassins Creed, it takes no skill at all and is highly repetitive for my taste. Its just not my style of game, i like total control. Of course im Batman, but really, i fight 10 dudes like its nothing. I would rather have Dynasty Warriors combat then it.

Play it on the harder difficulties. Harder to counter.
@locopatho: Its still a little to easy for my taste, i like more intense battles like Wonderful 101, Metal Gear Rising, Ninja gaiden, Donkey Kong, Dark Souls, etc.

It's totally different to Assassin's Creed no matter how you play it so I don't get that comparison. In Ass games you basically hold block and become invincible. In the Batman games there's a lot more timing and strategy involved, particularly if you play it on the hardest setting.
I guess we'll always just agree to disagree because I think Dynasty Warriors is repetitive garbage compared to the Batman games. Different strokes for different folks.
@whalefish82: That was kinda the point, i have more fun playing a hack n slash game. But yeah we just disagree, we clearly have different game taste. I enjoy more intense games.
