This is a PS3 game remake. I can't wait to play it but that only because I missed it when it 1st launched. It's not like it's a new game or IP. Hardly something to brag about considering how old it is.

Old or not, they did add items to it, made the combat THE crunchiest of any fromsoft games and the visuals look better than anything coming out on both systems. Hell, this game is triggering hermits because it makes their 3090's and full RT titles look like student projects made with Unity 😊

Updated graphics are nice and all but the game is fundamentally the same. It's still an old game remade for the PS5. Like I said, it's the only game I'm really looking forward to playing but hardly worth using to brag about a consoles launch lineup.

I just remember with Bloodborne, he made so many "bets" against me. Low 70s meta, think 6/10 GS, low sales, nobody would like it because Souls fatigue, etc.

@kingtito: Souls games don't feel dated though, if it feels old it's only from playing it before and not the gameplay experience itself.
For me it's been long enough that I will have forgotten a lot about it.
The only thing that makes a Souls game feels dated to me is the inventory system. the games is really lovingly created, even dark souls is still really great gameplaywise today but the inventory management sucks ass. Bloodborne aswell has a stupid inventory system like Dark Souls and PS3 Demons souls (probably a Miyazaki thing) but saved by it having a small roster of equipment/items.
