First Epic, and now Midway... i'd be surprised if UT3 for the PS3 gets released.

i have a strong feeling that it'll miss its '07 release window... then all the hard work on trying to bring it exclusively to console this holiday season will be a waste...

whaddya guys think? should we get concerned?

Hmmm, I see. This indeed could have some serious affect on UT3. In which case they'll most likely have to get another publisher if Midway loses the lawsuits.

Wow, this is big. This is like the gaming version of Enron with a thick layer of Marth Stewart. This could seriously hurt Midway and even bankrupt them.

Lawsuits take some time to settle... it's likely to be another 12 months or so before the suit is settled and even then Midway will have more time to pay it IF they lost. So either way, no this will not effect UT3 coming out this holiday. At worst, it effects the release of a 360 version.
