Yes it does. I haven't seen a sports game with these kind of graphics and Witcher 3 barely looks next-gen.

As far as being first goes.....  I dunno how 'next gen visual' some may consider it... but Outlast looks unreal, especially with night vision.

Also Bioshock blew me away on PC.  I cant imagine next gen visuals toping that right out the gates.

The game looks boring IMO, the icon looks awesome though and I'm sorry but Crysis 2 was the first game with next-gen visuals and as of right now, Crysis 3 holds the candle and probably will for a while.
