First game to show the true power of each system

The 360 will have been out for almost 2 years by the time Mass Effect comes out.  I don't see why the PS3 and Wii have to produce a game that meets their full potential in a year.

I think SSMB or Super Mario Galaxy will be the best Wii games for a while but not forever.

PS3 - tie for me between motorstorm, Heavenly sowrd, and lair 360 - Blue dragon. seriously, it looks beautiful, i just hope they up the difficulty and improve the achivements, becasue from the import revues, it only blemishes are that it is ridiculously easy, and the achievements are stupid. If your talking about games also released then my list goes like this.

X360: GRAW was really the game that screamed next-gen to me, everything from the graphics/effects to the AI.

PS3: R:FOM one of the best looking games ever released and the enemies are hell of smart and the weapons in are next-gen.

Games not released yet that I think will show the true power.

X360: Mass Effect is a insane looking game from every aspect from the gameplay to the graphics everything looks to be great.

PS3: This is a toss up between MGS4 and FFXIII both are amazing looking games, FFXIII too little info to go off of but hey its Final Fantasy. MGS4 the videos look insane everything from the graphics to the gameplay to the AI looks great.

I don't own a Wii so can't speak on that but no HD = No buy I am not buying a new console for old tech and its crazy that it don't support HD when by the end of this most analysis think over 50% of USA will have a HDTV in their household with the price drops. Hell my 37HDTV I bought in august for 1100$ is now 599$ with prices like that its hard to see people not picking up a HDTV.

PS3: MGS4..  Hideo is going to really show us what the PS3 can do..  he did the same thing on the PS2..

360:  Mass Effect..  this game looks great and looks to be absolutely HUGE...

Wii:  Super Mario Galaxy..  i wanted to say Metroid but SMG looks to make better use of the Wiimote..

HD Tv's are still priced like they are made of gold over here.

That's why my 360 will be getting hoocked up to my 19' LCD VGA monitor.

None of them right now. Each system has a LONG way to go before they reach their peak. But of the last gen systems:

PS2-Right now, looks like God of War 2 since it's pracitcally that last game on the system anyway.

GC-Resident Evil 4 or Metroid Prime 2. Both show off what the GC's got.

Xbox-Ninja Gaiden. I don't play that many Xbox game, but out of them, Ninja Gaiden looked the best.
