Well if you are using offical magaiznes OXM gave Halo Wars a 9. So inFAMOUS may not get AAA here.

Exactly. Should add Nintendo Power to that list as well.

Every one of these magazines seems to give every new game a great score (as long as it's exclusive), so I'm holding out on inFAMOUS till quite a few more sources rate it.

It scored a 6.5 on Gamespot while it averaged 8+ on almost all other sites, anything else you'd like to make up?

Both magazines have shown that they can be both spot on and completly off. I for one (as an OXM subscriber) have never noticed bias from OXM (they are notunder Microsoft's empire, they are owned by a seperate company). As for this review, we'll have to wait and see won't we?

no they gave it a 6. Seihyouken from vgchartz actually looked it up and this is what he found. they've actually been pretty spot on instead of "omg its a playstation magazine all ps3 games get 10/10".

1. Of 33 PS3 exclusive games, only 14 didn't match with Metacritic's numbers.
2. Of those 14 games half of them were significantly lower than Metacritic's numbers.
3. The four biggest discrepencies between PSM UK and Metacritic had PSM's score lower.
4. 5 games that PSM UK has scored as 9 out of 10 have Metacritic scores of 90% or higher.

check the reviews they have on ps3 exclusives compared to metacritic or gamerankings. very close scores(within .5) with a few exceptions and only 2 being 1.0 or larger(mlb 09 +1 and disgaea 3 +1.1). AAA is a possiblility but will prob be 85+ imo

So you expect all PS3 exclusives to get 10/10 now? Killzone 2 didnt, in fact it got a 9/10 just like inFAMOUS and look at it now, its awesome! As for Haze, its a PS3 exclusive and it got a 6/10 from OPM. ;)

i pre-ordered today

good job, but seeing its an 'official playstation magazine', i think its just to make the cover look pretty and boost sales. Although unlike what some people say here, a review is a review, these kind of coverage isn't entirely BS because they wouldn't lie about anything, just some exaggerations here and there.

Its gonna be awesome, and if GTA 4 can get a 10 here, then this can too.
