Thats because the game IS linear. Which is what makes you hate the fact that the city begs to be explored freely...

Red my mind perfectly. I unless the game has a very expansive combo system it could just be another assassin's creed minus the freedom.

It's linear so I believe it can look like that. That's also probably the PC version.

i was quite impressed... i loved the art style and I actually like the fresh character design. only worry is whether this will turn out to be a one trick pony...

that said, it's nice to see a developer pushing the FPS genre in a new direction.

the point of the game is to do running in first person, it's about changing the limitations of perspective by creating something totally new that may even become a genre standard.

I think that really puts things in a nice, condensed perspective for what they are aiming for in this game. Good post. Anyway, it looks like it is just going to be a complete rush to play. The kind of game that you will want to replay just to experience the whole "WHOOAAA!!" factor over and over again.
