Long story short:
"Ouya's best "exclusive" at the moment is Final Fantasy III, a game that came out in 1990 and is also available on a variety of other platforms. That doesn't count. This platform desperately needs a game like Grand Theft Auto, or Shadowgun, or Assassin's Creed, or Bioshock... or something. Thing is, you could plug your Android phone or tablet into an HDMI cable and play a bunch of those games on your TV, often with a controller. Shadowgun, Grand Theft Auto, Asphalt 7, and a surprisingly large number of other high-quality games are available in the Play Store. But Ouya's going its own way with the Ouya Store, and it pales tremendously in comparison."
Pros:
Inexpensive
Inconspicuous design
Plenty of raw power
Cons:
Too few games
Existing games aren't very good
Problematic, unfinished interface
Limited functionality
3.5/10
Long story.
As expected, Android has too few good games.

How did you come to the conclusion that android has to few good games? If anything in the review it states " a surprisingly large number of other high-quality games are available in the Play Store " and while i'm mainly a pc  gamer i found myself playing more and more smartphone games lately . There are games and i dont mean the "angry birds type that are great on both iOS and Android nowdays and i mean games like Machinarium, Anomaly korea, bridge constructor, real racing 3 , World of goo, Dead trigger and others. Yes some of those are on pc as well but the amount of good games on play store is huge
The problem with Ouya is that you can just turn your phone into a console by buying a $10 mhl to HDMI cable and a $20-30 controller that android support.Â
Also the problem with Ouya is that it doesnt come with google play store and relies on its own store to download games ( or you can install them manually by sideloading them )Â
Also another problem is that by the time it hits retail it will be quite outdated and some of the newer 3d games coming out wont be able to play smoothly ( tegra 3 SOC is getting quite old )
