I can safely assume that Sony wont buy Atlus, nor Microsoft. Because these companies have no interest in small companies. Although it would be cool if Sony bought them.

I hope so. Nintendo doesn't need to purchase Atlus. Most of their titles are available on 3DS already with more to come.
Sega or Namco Bandai I'd be okay with but truthfully, there's really no "good" company that will pick them up. Just as long as it's not Square-Enix or Capcom. Screw those two. We'd have endless iPhone ports and Turbo versions of Atlus games 6 months after the original release.

it's pretty much how they operated before, i imagine that they'd prefer a company that can offer them such contract over one that would mess around with their business too much. they certainly have plenty to choose from, they don't have to go to the highest bidder necessarily.
If this happened last gen around the same time prior to launch, I could see MS wanting to put up money in hopes it'd be a crucial part of making 360 lifetime sales in Japan more than holiday sales for one year in the US.
