i think sony already mightve secured it. i heard something about they provided the chips and whatnot for arcades and maybe some cash for exclusiveness, we know its confirmed it is build off and has the ps3 chips and everything inside. and even if it came to 360, i wouldnt want to touch it with that controller.

I would expect Tekken to play like Tekken, but just like the previous games you're still getting some new stuff.
Like new characters, new moves, new stages (now with destruction and multiple areas), the new rage system, improved customization and, if I'm not mistaken, completely redone animations.
Graphically, the backgrounds have more going on and the animations look a lot smoother to me. Though it still doesn't look very different to the old games. I like the interface too it's very slick.

What should you expect? Those are vids from the public testing arcade machines in Japan which are only 50% complete. There's plenty of room for improvement from now till the end of the year. With plenty of user feedback, there can be plenty of tweaks done to the game. Also don't forget from the arcade to console port, there more time added there as well.
