Well I own everything, including handhelds and excluding the Wii, not that I'd much to spend any more money on games this fall if I did have a Wii, basically I split up who buys what between my brother and I, I'm in college, so its not always so easy to afford games, could always find a friend that has similar interests, each buy some of the titles, and then let each other borrow them as you finish, no point in playing 5 games in parallel for example.
I can never say I really want _____ but I'm not going to get it, so I can never actually decide to not buy something, but those methods I listed I use to get as many games as possible.
For all the people that own every console including handhelds and PC, not only a crazy dudes with no life but they like to spend money on things that maybe they never play and do not have debts, buy food, just are 38 years old guys that thinks they have 15 and have a collection of dinosours and star wars figures and lives in the basement of his mom home. LOL im joking but true why own so many console, thats not a true gamer that is eccesive and impulsive adiction.fjburgos
Well in my personal case, I got a PSP for my birthday a couple years ago, my bro bought a PS3 for christmas, I bought a 360 arcade a couple weeks ago, I bought a DS about half a year back too, there aren't so many good games for all of them that owning them would give you no life, I usually play one game at a time on whatever console or handheld, when you buy things far apart and in moderation, the price isn't really that huge, my bro also bought this high-end PC I own but hes on co-op for his university so he has quite a bit of doh.

why is that? i wanted GOW: Chains of Olympus, i got a PSP. New Super Mario Bros, a DS. SMG, SSBB, No More Heroes, Zelda TP, a wii. MGS, GOW3, Uncharted, a PS3. Halo3, Gears2, Fable2, a 360.
its about the games. financially, i'm fortunate enough to be able to afford all of the systems.

well, for me, its a cheaper option than building a media center PC. I get HD DVD and Blu Ray by having a PS3 and 360. The PSP is good to travel with as well as the DS when the PSP batttery runs out. Gaming isnt all that expensive if you do it right. Instead of buying tons of games, Gamefly for 20 a month lets you play everything you'd like without getting stuck with a 60 dollar game. I buy maybe 2-3 games per year

Thats exactly why I bought all of mine as well. I have 40+ hr job a week and hang out with friends, I still have plenty of time to play games. I can beat games fairly quickly so you dont need as much free time as people would think. I sold my psp and ds last week. I just never played them.

Is not about the money i am a System Administrator and i have good salary. But why buy a console or a handheld that you only will play 2 3 games thats it maybe five but well where is your inversion, you spend a few hundreds just to play a game or two, why then just go to a rent center and rent the console beat the game then give it back, is easy, personally i will not spend 250 bucks plus 50 more just to play Mario Galaxie, i just got to a rent center rent a wii and rent the game beat it tke the conole back i dont need it anymore until a another great game came.[QUOTE="clone01"][QUOTE="fjburgos"]For all the people that own every console including handhelds and PC, not only a crazy dudes with no life but they like to spend money on things that maybe they never play and do not have debts, buy food, just are 38 years old guys that thinks they have 15 and have a collection of dinosours and star wars figures and lives in the basement of his mom home. Thats my point you sold your handhelds why you just invest money in something that you not play, now tell me buy consoles just for have it or play one or two games are worth it. nopeThats exactly why I bought all of mine as well. That dosent prove anything.:| I never cared for handhelds, I bought the psp for GOW chains of olympus and the ds was my girlfriends, and she didnt play it anymore. I got almost all my money back on them so its no loss. I have a good job and can easily afford my gaming habit.
