Why do you care about Gamespot scores? One score is not reflective of other people's opinions about the game. If this was system wars of IGN, there would be 4 PS3 AAAEs there.

I find it ironic that you discredited gamespot reviews b/c its one persons opinion and then go on to use IGN which is also one persons opinion. This is why I included Gamerankings/metacritic in my post.

Come on though, it is really lame how so many PS3 titles keep getting pushed back, and not just for a few months, but for years. It's really bad. How long have you been waiting for Killzone 2 and Gran Turismo. I'm sure there are others but I don't really care to maintain a list of them all. It is a real weakness.

And you're talking about DLC, not a full game. I don't think its an equal comparisson. But consider this. Doesn't this mean that the same content will be further pushed back for the PS3 since its a timed release. If so, then add that to the ever growing list of games (DLC in this case) that PS3 owners need to "just wait" for.

From FFXIII, GT5, HAZE, HOME, MGS4, Heavenly Sword, White Knight, SOCOM, Killzone 2, Infamous, etc.., etc... Cow have had to wait over a year for many games, features, DLC, firmare upgrades and other things. The delay of the GTA IV DLC is only a few months. Hopefully it'll come out in November just before the holidays. XBox 360 gamers will be playing GTA IV this year and next years with all the DLC content being released. Only the Cows won't be playing. :lol:

as for the dl content i never really cared in the first place. its only episodic content anyways. sooo a few extra missions???big effin deal. not worth any money whatsoever in a GTA game. besides GTA4 blew anyways, why would i buy extra content for a crappy game

Right because delayed DLC is JUST as bad as an entire game being pushed back right? The other reason you wait is because MGS4 looks like it will probably be the first good game on the PS3 to warrant a purchase. Unfortunately I would need lots of games of that calibre on the system or not bother. One is not enough.

LOL!! Right. The game came out on April 29th and the DLC will probably come out sometime in November or December. The delay has nothing to do with the programming of the game. The DLC was suppose to come out in Sept/Oct, so instead it comes out in Nov/Dec. What's a few extra months? Cows have had almost a year delay for FF XIII, White Knight, GT5 and Killzone 2.

theres been no official release date announced for 3 of those games...thus they could've never been delayed. as for killzone 2, to my knowledge they've only delayed in europe so far(i could be wrong though)

FF XIII was originally targetted for 2007 holidays when it was first announced. So was White Knight. All those games got pushed back again and again. There was no exact date, just a tentative quarter the publishers were hoping for, but didn't happen. :lol:

Bioshock wasnt an exclusive game (360/PC), and was the spiritual successor of a PC exclusive game, so if anything the 360 stole it from the PC.

To be honest I think when 2009 comes around, hardly anyone is going to care about this DLC because there will be too many awesome games out by then. I love GTA4 but I would not waste my money on DLC for it especially since , R2, GEOW2, LBP, Socom C, Motorstorm 3, Killzone 2, Fable 2, Too Human, FF13, RE5, Sproe. and many other games I havent mentioned on the wii and pc, so I dont see why people who own any of those consoles would care by then. The DLC will be out before 2009. Everyone with an XBox 360 will care about it and I guarantee you that there will be a surge in GTA IV sales at that time. The only people who aren't going to care are the Cows (like you) who won't be getting it. There's a lot of great games out right now and what are people playing?
