For me the only PC games worth playing are RTS games

Shooters are more FUN on consoles. Sure the pad isn't as precise, but it's more enjoyable and immersive on a console with gamepad. And don't say use a gamepad on the PC as then you'll get your arse kicked by everyone using the keyboard & Mouse. At least on a console everyone has the same controller (for the most part).

RTS on the other had are just too frustrating without a kb&m.

Now the problem I have is there aren't any great RTS games out right now...I'm dying for Starcraft 2 and Dawn of War 2.

I'm sure MMORPGs are best no PC, but I don't play them...so as the subject says for me :-)

I'm hoping someone can suggest some current great RTS games for me. Currently playing CoH, but I liked DoW more. both have the same type of resource collection points, but I just don't like CoH that much. I'm also trying sins of a solar empire, but that's more of a turn based style game within a real time environment.

Its old, but i love my WarCraft 3.I still play it to this day since i got it like 2 years ago .. Best part about it is the custom maps people make, it last for years.

I also enjoy Age of Empires 3 and Command & Conquer 3

Medieval II: Total War for current-gen. Unless you like generic and uninspired RTSs such as the modern C&C games and Age of Empires 3.

EDIT: If you are, indeed, looking for a more traditional and recognizable RTS that still uses acceptable graphics, then I agree that Warcraft 3 is the way to go.
