I actually love the fact that the enemies level up with you. It gives the game a sense of realism, similar to Oblivion. But that shouldn't be something to hate the game about.Final Fantasy IX

It ruins the whole point of levelling. That's why Morrowind > Oblivion.

That's why Morrowind > Oblivion. Not really. I don't mind the enemy's strength increasing as you progress. It actually helps to maintain the challenging gameplay.

That's not realistic. Actually, lvling in FFVIII is far more easier compared to other FFs, including FFVII and FFIX.

best ff ever. Agree. My best game ever is Ogre Battle 64.[QUOTE="Ultimeaciax"][QUOTE="gbpman630"]Exactly. Grinding actually made FFVIII harder. Huh? How is it that lvling up in FFVIII and make the boss battle harder... would you mind elaborate on that? I think you're saying that the bosses lvls up as well? If so, then no. Bosses don't lvl up with you as you progress. On the first mission, where I had to go into the cave and kill Ifrid (spelling), I lvled up so much that I killed him in two or three shots.
Chrono Trigger KudoS17Off Topic but what is the name of the cartoon on your pic cause I remember watching alot of it a long time ago.
