Forget you GT and Forza! We're Goin' Cruuuuuuuusiiiiiiin!

I know most people are not aware this game is even happening. But it is, and I'm excited. Reviews are coming in at about a 7/10, which is honestly to be expected for a 90's style arcade game. Fun just doesn't carry the same weight as how many P's or K's a game has these days. This guy gets it though:

I watched that whole video and it convinced me to buy that game. So many hilarious moments

Man, I haven’t played a Cruisin’ game since that one on the N64. It was ok but I don’t think that I was ever really enthralled by it. I don’t know if I’ll ever try this new though. Probably just stick with Forza myself.

@girlusocrazy: Yes. I liked Excite Truck/Bots more than Mario Kart.

@Archangel3371: Ok, yeah. Forza Horizon 5 will be a much better game than this. But I do love a good, dumb, fun arcade racer now and then.

This looks a lot more like the older Rush racing games from the same era. Surprised the other nostalgists haven't pointed this out. The older Crusin game was more like barely updated Outrun. Wouldn't surprise me if Atari sued.

@judaspete: Yeah I definitely enjoy a nice dumb fun arcade racing game. I do miss Ridge Racer. May check this out sometime to scratch that itch.

OK, I'll bite. Why would Atari -- or whatever shambling corpse is wearing the Atari skin this year -- sue Nintendo and/or Raw Thrills for copying a Sega game?

I played the arcade version at a bowling alley. Pretty fun. I'll be sure to pick this one up.

I also kind of hope this does well so Raw Thrills can port more games. Like Halo: Fireteam Raven to Xbox One/Series.

PC release would be nice

I loved the Cruis'n games in the arcade back in the day. I put a lot of quarters into Cruis'n USA machines. I'll have to check this out once I get finished with a few games I'm playing.

I picked it up. Been having a great time playing it with my kids. Great arcade racers are few and far between these days.

Tempted to pick this up it looks like a fun arcade racer my switch lite is gathering dust might have to dust it down. Bet it looks crispy on the oled.

Picked this up yesterday. The wife and I played for a couple of hours and had a blast.

Reminds me of Hydro Thunder and other midway racing games from the late 90's and early 2000's.

WE NEED MORE AA GAMES LIKE THIS!!!! I get so tired of the same AAA bull all the time. Give me arcade racers and more weird goodness from developers. And not just from indies

I want to pick it up but not on the switch hoping for a release on Xbox or ps. Not heard anything probably a timed exclusive.
